Ai Outcome: Predictive Operation to stimulate and support the value of real estate assets and infrastructure

Growing pressure on infrastructure managers

An industry trend for Facility Management service providers (SP) in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) as well as owner-operated facilities is the challenge to meet contractually agreed or expected service levels and the pressure to cut costs. This reflect what is happening in the rest of the infrastructure industry. The demands are more and more complex, but there are few adapted tools to meet the challenges.

Artificial intelligence (Ai) changes the foundations of this industry

How to improve efficiency?  Ai Outcome was created to make data science available and suggest, in a simple way to understand, the best actions to improve operational efficiency, one decision at a time.

The path that led to Ai Outcome (AiO)

Following their respective careers in infrastructure management for François Dépelteau and information technology for François Labrie, it became clear that things needed to change in this industry because infrastructure owners and managers often absorbed unnecessary costs and risks since they do not have access to the necessary data analytics despite the fact necessary data is present in their enterprise.

AiO offers innovative ways to better manage your operation: Predictive Operation

AiO’s Predictive Operation integrates data, Ai and technology in a way that isolates the overall complexity and allow you to make better decisions, avoid breakdowns and incidents. You will reduce operating and repair costs, plus improve customer and user experience.
